A big welcome to the new children and their families starting at Seaham Harbour Nursery School. We hope everyone enjoys their time in Early Learners and in nursery.

After a very successful year delivering the new 30 hour entitlement we are continuing to offer the provision.
Children receiving the 30 hour entitlement attend 5 full days a week from 8.45-3.30 . Throughout the week children engage in a wide range of learning opportunities covering all aspects of the EYFS curriculum.
Some parents views and comments on the 30 hour provision last year…
‘My child loved coming for the whole day, it helped prepare him for school’ .
‘ I was a little anxious at first with her staying all day I thought it would be too long, however my daughter loved it and enjoyed every minute’ .
‘My son really came out of his shell and made lots of friends ready for school’.
‘She loved doing the “extra” things, like going out and about with her nursery friends’ .
For more information please contact Mrs Marshall in the office.
